If It Doesn’t Work, You Don’t Pay. I built Prime Life Now on a foundation of trust. I do not want your money if I did not earn it. However, I also demand respect for the work. This policy reflects that balance.
1. The Prime Life OS (Digital Systems)
We offer a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee. This is an operating system, not a magic pill. It requires installation.
- The Condition: If you apply the system and it doesn’t work for you, we will refund you. To prevent abuse of our intellectual property, we may ask to see that you actually used the worksheets or templates.
- The request: We simply ask for honest feedback. Tell us where we missed the mark so we can improve the system for the next man.
2. Physical Tools (Hardware)
We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returned supplements that have been opened (for safety reasons) or apparel that has been worn/washed.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility. We do not provide return labels for “change of mind” returns.
- Defects: If a tool arrives broken, we replace it immediately. No questions asked. Send us a photo of the damage to
support@primelifenow.com, and we will ship a replacement the same day.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to support@primelifenow.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Do NOT ship items back to the address on the package. That is often a distribution warehouse that cannot process your return.
- Wait for our instructions. We will provide the correct return address (Slovakia).
