Logistics & Delivery: Our Shipping Policy

The Philosophy We believe in efficiency. This shipping policy is designed to be as transparent as possible. Whether you are downloading a digital system or ordering physical gear, our goal is to equip you as fast as possible so you can get to work.

1. Digital Products (The Prime Life OS)

  • Delivery Time: Immediate.
  • The Process: As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your download link. You will also have access to your account dashboard where your files are stored securely.
  • Troubleshooting: If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, check your Spam folder. If it is still missing, email us at support@primelifenow.com. We do not let technology get in the way of the mission.

2. Physical Gear (Supplies)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Estimated Shipping Times:
    • United States: 7–15 Business Days
    • Europe: 5–12 Business Days
    • Rest of World: 10–21 Business Days
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your shipment is active. Watch that number. It is the chain of custody for your assets.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and we cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.

4. Ownership & Risk To ensure fairness, all physical purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if a package is verifiably lost in transit (no movement for 30 days), we will reship it at our expense. We solve problems, we don’t make excuses.
