- Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
- Dropshipping & Delivery: Some physical products sold on this Site are sourced from third-party suppliers. Shipping times may vary between 7 to 21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments or shipping carriers. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from the Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Digital Products: Digital goods (e-books, guides, templates) are delivered immediately via download link upon successful payment.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1 Physical Products Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrives, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Address: Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact support@primelifenow.com first to receive the correct return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4.2 Digital Products (EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver) By purchasing digital content (e.g., e-books, guides, software, templates) that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that the contract performance (download access) begins immediately. THEREFORE, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD) FOR THESE DIGITAL PURCHASES. Once the download link is generated, the sale is final and non-refundable, unless the file is technically defective.
5. Payments and Billing
- We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit cards) and PayPal.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Merchant of Record: For certain affiliate products where you are redirected to a third-party checkout (e.g., ClickBank, Digistore24), that third party is the Merchant of Record, and their Terms and Conditions apply to the sale.

9.1 Exclusive Jurisdiction & Class Action Waiver Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Slovakia. You hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
